Sprinkler blowouts
The cost for any residential home is $50 and commerical applications start at $150.00. All prices include GST.
When booking please provide your full name, address, and contact info. On your day for blowout service please make sure that the inside water is turned off, your controller is turned to the off position and all dogs/children are kept inside.
Services we provide the people who sign up for regular monthly SUMMER maintenance includes:
-Weekly lawn cuts including trimming ( some months have 4 cut days and some have 5) this is already accounted for and included in your monthly charge
-3 fertilizer applications per year
- Killex and Roundup applications as needed to spray for weeds in the lawn and weeds in other places such as alleys or sidewalks
-Disposal of grass clippings and other organic yard waste
-Edging around sidwalks and driveways as needed
-Small shrub and hedge pruning
Rain days
As rain here in the hot prairies is always welcome it can be an inconvienience for everyone involved. Cutting wet grass can be very messy and time consuming, it can stain your sidewalks and never looks as good after being cut. If your "cut day" ends up being a rainy one and we don't come DON'T WORRY. We will be there as soon as the grass itself is dry enough to cut without making a mess. On occassion your "cut day" may be postponed 1 day or even two but we purposly schedule our days so that if this happens we can still catch up before the weekend.
As always I apologize for any inconvienience due to rain but in this business we are at the mercy of mother nature and It is beyond our control.
Snow removal service
Prices are dependant on how much ground there is to be cleared... lets say for instance one of my "small" customers would pay $100/ month and all they would have is a single car driveway, front sidewalk and a trail out back to the garbage if necessary. Where as a "medium" customer would pay $125/month and would have a double car driveway, front sidewalk and trail out back. A large would be anything that is a triple driveway or a corner lot with twice the sidewalk or if there was a deck out back or some extra space that you always wanted to be kept clean and those are $150/month and up depending.
Please call for your free estimate as these prices are only a guideline and a visit to your property is required to determine a fair and accurate fee.
All customers who wish to cancel during snow removal months for whatever reason are required to give noice 15 days in advance otherwise they will be billed like normal.
What to expect?
-We come once every morning that there is snow on the ground, if it snows later in the day we will be there the following morning.
-Early mornings! Some mornings customers may see us out clearing snow as early as 5 AM.
-All customers will generally be done before 12 noon. (extreme heavy snowfalls may extend this deadline)
-Ice build up will be controlled using Safety Salt or other concrete safe products, We do not chip ice on sidewalks or drivways as it can damage the surface.
Prices for regular residential monthly services:
Small yard $100
Medium yard $125
Large Yard $150 and up

Tips to help us keep your lawn thick and green
-In hot weather (25 and up) (Every night) Water in the evening, making sure that the entire yard gets 30 minutes while the sun is going down as the lawn does all of its drinking at night.
-Dont water during the daylight in hot weather as it can actually leave burning and yellow patches. Watering during the day wastes approximatley 70% of the water you put on.
-Do not apply any fertilizer or weed/bug sprays without consulting us first, to avoid accidental burning from over fertilizing/spraying
-Do not underestimate the power of shade, shady spots may need less water than spots that remain in direct sunlight all day and vise versa.
